Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Quantities Supervisor to join our team at MarbleDubai.ae. This key role involves overseeing material quantities, preparing accurate quotes, ensuring precise pricing, and managing stock levels. Your work will be crucial in cost estimation, project planning, and ensuring that we provide premium materials efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Estimation and Pricing: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, including supply and installation.

  • Material Quantification and Sourcing: Calculate and oversee material quantities, ensuring premium quality and cost-efficiency.

  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels and create a database of surplus materials for repurposing.

  • Cutting Plans: Draft cutting plans in AutoCAD to maximize slab usage and minimize waste, working closely with the workshop team.

  • Market Research: Source and propose new and exclusive products for our sales team to offer to clients.​

Requirements

​

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity surveying, with experience in the stone or construction industry.

  • Based in the UAE with knowledge of local suppliers.

  • Self-driven, organized, and keen on continuous learning.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Odoo and data-driven decision-making.
