Position Overview

We’re hiring a Project Manager & Site Controller to manage high-end projects from concept to completion. This role involves maintaining control over project timelines, quality, and budgets while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

​​​

  • Project Planning: Coordinate all project activities to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.

  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors.

  • On-Site Supervision: Monitor quality and adherence to schedules, guiding installation teams and managing production workflow.

  • Process Improvement and Standardization: Contribute to developing and refining processes, setting standards, and creating checklists for on-site teams, craftsmen, and workers.

  • Efficiency Optimization: Develop strategies to streamline installation times, as well as optimize transport and packaging processes.​

Requirements

 

  • ​​Background in project management, preferably in luxury or construction.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under high standards.

  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or Russian is an asset.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (we use Odoo).

  • Team player.

  • Know the Emirates market and the construction or premium real estate sector is a big advantage.

  • Be already a resident in the UAE.

  • Have a valid license in the UAE and have a car.

  • Have a good LinkedIn profile (Be at least present on the platform).
