- **Final Payment:** The remaining 30% of the payment is due before delivery of the completed project. Delivery will not be scheduled until full payment is received.

**2. Quotation Terms**

- **Quote Preparation Time:** We aim to provide a quote within **2 to 7 business days** from the initial request, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
- **Validity of Quotation:** All quotes provided are valid for **30 days** from the date of issuance. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to market fluctuations in material costs and availability.

**3. Scope of Work**

- **Project Specifications:** The scope of each project is defined and agreed upon in writing before work commences. Any changes requested after the agreement may lead to additional charges.
- **Materials and Finishing:** We use premium materials as specified in the quotation. Any specific finishing requests should be clarified during the quotation stage to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.
 
**4. Production and Delivery**

- **Production Timeline:** Project timelines are provided based on the initial specifications and will vary depending on the complexity and size of the project.
- **Delivery Schedule:** Once the final payment is received, delivery will be scheduled within an agreed-upon timeframe. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the site is ready for delivery and installation upon arrival.

**5. Modifications and Additional Work**

- **Changes to Order:** Any modifications to the original order must be submitted in writing. Changes may affect the project’s timeline and final cost.
- **Additional Work:** Additional requests outside the initial scope of work will require a separate quotation and approval before proceeding.

**6. Cancellations and Refunds**

- **Cancellation Policy:** Orders canceled after payment of the initial 70% deposit are non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply based on the progress of the work, and any possible refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- **Refunds:** In the unlikely event of a service issue on our end, we will work with you to either provide a satisfactory solution or discuss potential refund options for undelivered work.

**7. Warranty and Quality Assurance**

- **Material Quality:** We guarantee the use of high-quality materials in all our projects, as outlined in the initial quotation.
- **Workmanship Warranty:** All installation services include a workmanship warranty for a period of **1 year** from the date of installation, covering any defects in craftsmanship.

**8. Liability**

- **Site Readiness:** It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the installation site is prepared and accessible on the scheduled delivery date. Any delays due to site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.
- **Damage Liability:** MarbleDubai.ae is not responsible for damages caused by improper maintenance or misuse of installed products post-installation.

**9. Confidentiality**

- **Client Privacy:** We respect the privacy of our clients and will handle all project details confidentially.
- **Publicity Use:** With prior approval, MarbleDubai.ae may use project images for portfolio and marketing purposes.
