Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who’s a top performer in the industry with a strong track record. This role is for a highly motivated, action-oriented professional with a strategic approach to sales and client relations. We’re looking for doers, not just talkers.
We are looking for someone who sells and not who sells himself! Action and intensity is key here.
Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Actively network with high-end clients in the luxury and construction sectors, such as hotels, resorts, high-end residential developers, architects, and designers.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our luxury brand positioning.

Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients.

Factory Tours: Encourage prospective clients to visit our state-of-the-art factory to experience our craftsmanship.

Participate in the sales strategy and be a source of proposals.​

Requirements
​

​Minimum of 6 years of experience in high-end construction, real estate, or luxury materials.

Strong network in Dubai’s premium sector.

Fluent in English and Arabic; an additional language is a plus.

Proven sales track record in luxury and high-value sectors.

Team player.

Familiar with CRM systems (Odoo preferred).

Be good at written English.
-
Know the Emirates market and the construction or premium real estate sector.

Be already a resident in the UAE.

Have a valid license in the UAE and have a car.

Have a good LinkedIn profile (Be at least present on the platform).

We offer a commission-based structure initially, with a salary option based on results. You’ll need to be based in Dubai, have your own vehicle, and understand the local market inside out. Full autonomy.
